This service is a full design and build, handled by us, from start to finish (CAT A & CAT B). The journey will include workspace consultancy through collaboration with our workplace design team. Through concept design we will visualise your new space and bring key features to life at this stage with fit out designs. Our project managers will survey the building to verify the design, confirm the scope of works, and ensure the project aligns with the programme, budget and building regulations.

Our design detail stage develops the technical design, finishes and building services coordination needed to bring your commercial fit out to life. From interior design details and workspace functionality to furniture, finishes, lighting and mechanical and electrical considerations, this stage defines the key elements that make your space work for your business. It also includes a detailed programme of works and pre-construction mobilisation, ensuring your office fit out or commercial refurbishment is ready to move smoothly into delivery.

For Cat B office fit out projects, this stage brings together the interior design, furniture, finishes, branding and workspace details that turn an empty or refurbished office into a fully functional working environment.

Our project managers are on site daily throughout the delivery of the project to provide momentum and check that standards are being met. Having feet on the ground means that all problems will be solved quickly and efficiently, saving you time and money. The design team will also frequently check in to resolve any issues.
