Graham Sweetingburgh
Managing DirectorGraham has 20 years of experience in the design and build industry having worked on a wide range of projects ranging from tens of thousands to tens of million in value. These span a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and hospitality. He has experience in most roles within the industry at one time or another including project and site management, design, quantity surveying and property & facilities management. Graham enjoys being on-site overcoming challenges and keeping an eye on quality control.
Helen Bedford
Design DirectorHelen grew up in the South-West and studied Interior Design at Bournemouth University before moving and starting her career in London. With over 10 years of experience working in the commercial design and fit-out sector, Helen has worked on a variety of workplace projects with varying budgets and sizes within the UK. Helen loves taking clients on the journey for their new space, introducing opportunities for sustainable design, and focusing on the detail and functionality of the design from a broad range of influences.

Carrie Hadfield
Finance ManagerCarrie’s passion is analysing financial results, problem-solving and anything excel related. She is process driven and runs all of Bespa’s systems and project finances ensuring we have a financially tight ship. She started working in accounts in 2017 and since then has become an AAT full member (MAAT) and an AAT-qualified bookkeeper (AATQB).
Luke Bennett
Project ManagerLuke has over 6 years experience working within site and project management. He has not only worked on domestic projects, but also in the commercial arena within the construction industry. Luke has worked on projects from the tens of thousands to multi-million pound new builds and major refurbishments both in the commercial and domestic sector. From the south-west, Luke relocated to Manchester to study at the University of Salford obtaining his HNC and DipHE in Construction Management, before moving back to Devon and being accredited the Full Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM). Luke, being predominantly site based, enjoys working collaboratively with sub-contractors and clients to overcome difficulties whilst building strong lasting working relationships.
Tanya Bala-Shaw
Design ManagerTanya is a versatile and highly motivated Designer with years of experience creating inspiring workspaces. She has experience of all stages of the design process, from initial concept design to on-site meetings and liaising with clients. Tanyas creative ability and eye for detail create truly bespoke spaces. She loves seeing a project come to life, seeing the clients’ faces light up when all the pieces come together.
