Refurbishment Works

We will first sit down with your team to define the key objectives of the office refurbishment and budgets so that we better understand your individual goals. This helps our creative team to understand what the key elements need to be and how they should work so that your workforce gets the most out of them.

From this, our creative team will create a new design scheme through the use of colour, materials, furniture, lighting and styling to make your workspace truly your own. This will include a furniture consultation where we will assess your current furniture to see whether we can upcycle, reupholster, or reuse any pieces in order to be as sustainable as possible.

Our project managers verify the works involved in the new design scheme and will produce phasing programmes if required and the construction administration. They are on site throughout the delivery phase with the design team frequently checking in. On going support is provided to assist with a smooth transition.
