Managing Director

Graham has 20 years of experience in the design and build industry having worked on a wide range of projects ranging from tens of thousands to tens of million in value. These span a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and hospitality. He has experience in most roles within the industry at one time or another including project and site management, design, quantity surveying and property & facilities management. Graham enjoys being on-site overcoming challenges and keeping an eye on quality control.

Design Director

Helen grew up in the South-West and studied Interior Design at Bournemouth University before moving and starting her career in London. With over 10 years of experience working in the commercial fit-out sector, Helen has worked on a variety of workplace projects with varying budgets and sizes within the UK. Helen loves taking clients on the journey for their new space, introducing opportunities for sustainable design, and focusing on the detail and functionality of the design from a broad range of influences.

Finance Manager

Carrie's passion is analysing financial results, problem-solving and anything excel related. She is process driven and runs all of Bespa's systems and project finances ensuring we have a financially tight ship. She started working in accounts in 2017 and since then has become an AAT full member (MAAT) and an AAT-qualified bookkeeper (AATQB).

Tanya is a versatile and highly motivated Designer with years of experience creating inspiring workspaces. She has experience of all stages of the design process, from initial concept design to on-site meetings and liaising with clients. Tanyas creative ability and eye for detail create truly bespoke spaces. She loves seeing a project come to life, seeing the clients' faces light up when all the pieces come together.

Project Manager

Louise has 15 years in retail management and is SMSTS trained with a 100% pass rate for site safety. Louise was born and bred in East Devon, now living on the outskirts of Exeter. She joined Bespa as the aftercare manager following her time In customer service in the retail sector. Very quickly Louise became hands-on in the construction stage of projects and is now a Project Manager. She is solution focused and driven to complete projects on time with a smooth transition for clients.

Client Relationship & Marketing Manager

Clare has over 30-years of senior level experience in client relationship management looking after the requirements of both SME and large corporate organisations. She is passionate about developing long term business relationships and understanding the specific needs of clients. Clare grew up in the South-West and studied at Bath University specialising in materials and design. After working in the South-East in the automotive sector, and latterly the commercial interior design sector, Clare returned to the South-West. She is delighted to combine an interest in commercial interior design and work with the Bespa design team in helping clients to achieve flexible, sustainable and enlightening workspaces.

Daniel has over 20 years of experience working in the furniture and interior design sector with roles as a designer, maker and manager. He has a wealth of experience in high-end, super prime residential and commercial markets. Daniel has a creative, hands-on and pragmatic approach, ensuring that each client project is completed to the highest standards and on-time. His commitment to quality and excellence in design is reflected in every client project he undertakes. Having previously lived in London, Daniel moved to Devon to be nearer to his family.
